We have noticed a lot of birds and varieties this year at Birr’s Eye View. The feeders need refilling again! Who came up with the idea that “he/she eats like a bird”?! Seen here are rose breasted grossbeaks and indigo bunting. Roger (Photo by Shirley Birr)

There have been an abundance of different varieties of birds here at Birr’s Eye View unlike last year; from blue birds, purple buntings, both yellow and red-breasted grossbeaks, blue jays, nuthatches, morning doves, humming birds, chickedees, finches including this one Shirley photographed. By the way, our blue parakeet, Tweetie Birr, mimics the different birds it hears! Roger

Neighbors stopped up for a spring look-about at the cottage and a visit here yesterday. Marianne and Dave Boyer just moved to the Lena area. Marianne’s mom has a cottage adjacent to us.
Steve, The Kelly Lake Webmeister, has a hot bike like this, too! Roger
